Yeah, my understanding is custom orders generally can't be returned unless there's a defect or it's their error. That's usually how most places handle personalized items, not just them.

Busy Puzzle can be a bit cheaper sometimes, but I like the aesthetic of Woodemon more. It feels a bit more refined, if that makes sense. Functionality-wise, they're probably similar though.

Yeah, I ordered a personalized stacking toy and it was maybe 10-12 days before it shipped, then standard shipping time on top of that. Def not super fast for custom items.
